What drew you to Pilates?

Its ability to heal the body and create a deeper connection between breath, mind, and movement. Pilates opened up a whole new way of relating to my body — and that's something I now love helping others discover.

How do you define your teaching style?

Intuitive, explorative, and educational. I meet each client where they are and create space for them to explore their movement with curiosity, while always grounding the work in anatomy and intention.

How do you think Pilates can support your lifestyle?

Honestly, no words quite do it justice. Pilates is a mind-body experience that I believe everyone deserves to have at some point in their life, and once you find it, it tends to stay with you.

Your go-to strength based Pilates move?

Shoulder bridge. It's a deceptively simple exercise that demands so much glute strength, spinal articulation, and full-body control. Done well, it's incredibly satisfying.

How should clients feel after your class?

Empowered and curious. Whether they're rebuilding strength after injury, moving pain-free for the first time, or simply feeling more confident in their bodies. I want every client to leave feeling like their body is capable of more than they thought.
